I’m Alex Lew — I work where AI meets real decisions:
product, agents, governance, and getting the tech shipped.
Based in Singapore. Prefer clear owners over clever demos.
Most of my attention sits on the thin line between “the model suggested”
and “someone approved.” That line is where trust lives. When it is fuzzy,
excitement scales faster than accountability — and that is how quiet risk
accumulates.

| How I show up |
- Name the owner. If a model can change someone’s situation, a person must be able to override it and leave a trail.
- Ship the boring edges. Checkpoints, logs, and rollback plans are product, not afterthoughts.
- Ask the second question. Demos answer “can it?” Governance answers “what happens when it fails?”
- Keep the writing honest. Same ideas on Substack (English) and Douban (Chinese), without corporate fog.
