hello.
I’m Alex Lew. I work where AI meets real decisions —
agents, governance, product, and shipping the tech. Based in Singapore.
CFA · AIGP on the badge; public frame is AI governance champion
across fintech and healthtech.
Through-line: accountability in the product, not just the policy.
Models suggest. People still own the nod. This site is a calling card
built the old way — tables, bevels, six colours, no frameworks.

|
|
| How I show up |
- Name the owner. If a model can move money, tip health, or speak in public, a person must be able to override it and leave a trail.
- Ship the boring edges. Checkpoints, logs, and rollback are product — not phase-two niceties.
- Prefer the second question. Demos ask “can it?” I ask what happens at 2 a.m. when it fails.
- Write it twice. Same ideas on Substack (English) and Douban (Chinese), without corporate fog.

DESKTOP NOTE
“Systems can suggest. People still have to own the nod.”
That line runs through every Quick Link. Writing and Contact are the short paths in.

Essays on accountable AI — mandate, human direction, oversight that fits the product.
