| How I show up |
- Name the owner. If a model can move money, tip health, or speak in public, a person overrides it and leaves a trail — or it does not ship.
- Ship the boring edges. Checkpoints, logs, eval gates, and rollback are product. Pretty demos without them are toys.
- Prefer the second question. Demos ask “can it?” I ask what breaks at 2 a.m., who gets paged, and what reverses.
- Write it twice. Same ideas on Substack (English) and Douban (Chinese) — no corporate fog, no slide-deck mush.
