SERVICES › PRICING
How pricing is decided

I quote a fixed price up front, after a free intro call or remote coffee chat. You see the scope, deliverables, exclusions and review arrangements before deciding whether to proceed.

For Monthly DPO support, I quote a fixed monthly price for the agreed support scope. I do not start extra work without quoting and agreeing the change first.

I personally review and sign off every deliverable.

What affects the quote
  • Organisation size and structure. The teams, processes and responsibilities involved.
  • Number of entities. Which businesses the documents and review need to cover.
  • Systems and vendors. How many there are, how they connect and what evidence needs reviewing.
  • AI uses in scope. Their complexity, potential impact, autonomy and access to other systems.
  • Existing documentation. Whether there is a usable foundation or the work needs to start with discovery and drafting.
  • Deliverables. The notices, assessments, procedures, checklists, reports and optional readiness work agreed in scope.
  • Languages. Which versions are needed and how they will be reviewed.
  • Client review process. Who needs to contribute, make decisions and approve the work.
  • Timeline urgency and dependencies. Whether the requested sequence changes the scope or how the work needs to be organised.
What the quote settles

I set out what is included, what is excluded, what I need from you and the timeline assumptions. A set number of review rounds is agreed in the quote, along with acceptance and handover arrangements.

If something changes

I explain the proposed change and quote for it before doing the extra work. You can approve it, defer it or retain the original scope.
