alexlew.live is a static HTML website. There are no forms or email inbox on the site; contact happens through X DMs.

The details below describe how this site actually runs. They were checked on the live server on 1 November 2026.

• Hosting: this is a static website served from a cloud server in Singapore, over HTTPS. Visits to the plain-HTTP address are redirected to HTTPS. No content delivery network sits in front of it.
• Server logs: the web server keeps standard access and error logs. Each access record holds your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response status, the amount of data sent, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. Only the server's administrative accounts can read these logs. I don't review, export or profile them.
• Analytics: none. The site uses no analytics service, tracking pixels or third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, and every file loads from alexlew.live itself. The only script is a small demo on the governance page, and it runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
• Cookies: none. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, so there are no cookie settings to manage.
• Retention: server logs rotate daily and are deleted after about 14 days. No other website records are kept. Links out to Substack and X take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply from that point.

If you DM me, I use what you share to understand your enquiry and discuss the support you are asking about. Please keep the first message to a brief description of your business and question, without personal records, credentials or confidential documents.

X has its own privacy policy and handles information on its platform under its own arrangements. This notice does not describe or replace that policy.

• Copies outside X: while we discuss a possible engagement, I copy the enquiry details you send into my own private notes. Only I can see them, and I don't share them with anyone else.
• Retention: I keep those notes only as long as I need them for our discussion and any engagement that follows. You can ask me by X DM to delete them at any time.
